One Account Per User
Each individual may only hold one active account at 7reel. Holding multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
Minimum Age 18
The 7reel platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. We take the protection of minors from online gambling activities very seriously.
Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All transactions on 7reel are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks.
Player Fund Protection
All funds deposited by 7reel members are held separately from the company's operating accounts, ensuring your money remains safe and available for withdrawal at any time.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

3. Registration & Account Management
Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) active account at 7reel. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.
During the registration process, you are required to provide the following information accurately and honestly:
- Full name as it appears on your official identification document;
- Your exact and valid date of birth;
- An active, accessible email address;
- A Malaysian mobile number registered in your name;
- A strong, unique password for your 7reel account.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. 7reel will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to secure your account. Important Notice: Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing someone else to use your account, is strictly prohibited. Such actions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all account balances.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions at 7reel are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Our platform supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience:

For withdrawals, processing times range from 15 minutes to 3 business days depending on the chosen method and your account's KYC (Know Your Customer) verification status. 7reel reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes before processing withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000.
The payment method used for deposits and withdrawals must be in the same name as the 7reel account holder. Transactions through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
7reel offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. The general bonus terms at 7reel are as follows:
- Wagering Requirement: Every bonus awarded carries wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted. These requirements will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
- Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonuses not used within the specified period will be automatically forfeited without notice.
- One Bonus Per Household: The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per individual, per IP address, and per household. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses using different identities or devices are strictly prohibited.
- Minimum Bet: Bonuses are only valid when used for bets that meet the minimum stake specified in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding certain limits may not count towards bonus wagering requirements.
- Eligible Games: Not all games at 7reel contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as blackjack and roulette may only contribute a lower percentage.
Warning: 7reel reserves the right to void bonuses and decline withdrawal requests where there is evidence of promotional abuse, including arbitrage betting or strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk.
6. General Betting Rules
Use of the 7reel betting platform is subject to the following general rules, which apply to all game types and sports betting:
- All confirmed bets are final and cannot be voided, except in cases of proven technical errors that resulted in an incorrect outcome.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits are clearly displayed on each game and betting market. These limits are subject to change without prior notice at 7reel's sole discretion.
- For Sports Betting, 7reel offers football markets including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, cricket, e-sports, and a wide range of other sports. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official results from the relevant sporting bodies.
- In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, 7reel will use server records to determine the state of the game at the time of the disruption and make a fair ruling for all parties.
- Any attempt to exploit software bugs is strictly prohibited. Winnings obtained through bug exploitation will not be paid out and the relevant account may be closed.
For virtual sports games available 24 hours a day at 7reel, all outcomes are randomly generated using a certified RNG system. Virtual sports results bear no relation to real-world sporting events.
7. Prohibited Behaviour & Activities
7reel users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds in the account:
- Fraud & Forgery: Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process, including the use of fake or falsified identity documents.
- Money Laundering: Using the 7reel platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Use of Bots & Automated Software: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to play or place bets automatically without genuine human control.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or multiplayer games.
- Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts or using false identities to repeatedly claim new bonuses.
- Platform Disruption: Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the 7reel platform's technical infrastructure in any way.
- Third-Party Use: Allowing or paying another person to play using your account.
Legal Action: In cases involving fraud, money laundering, or cybercrime, 7reel reserves the right to report such activity to the relevant Malaysian authorities, including PDRM and Bank Negara Malaysia.
8. Account Termination & Suspension
7reel reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:
- Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions;
- Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe;
- Activity suspected to involve fraud, collusion, or money laundering;
- Multiple accounts held by the same individual;
- Account closure requested by the user themselves;
- Direction from a legal authority or relevant regulatory body.
When an account is closed at the user's request with no breach of terms, any verified account balance will be refunded via the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For closures resulting from a terms violation, 7reel reserves the right to withhold the balance pending an internal investigation.
Users whose accounts have been closed due to a violation are not permitted to register a new account at 7reel without written consent from management.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The 7reel platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption, 7reel does not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or meet your specific expectations.
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 7reel shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform;
- Service disruptions caused by platform maintenance, internet infrastructure failures, or natural disasters;
- Losses arising from account security breaches due to the user's own negligence;
- Odds discrepancies or Sports Betting market movements that occur before a bet is confirmed.
7reel's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
7reel reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the 7reel website.
It is your responsibility as a user to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you remain aware of the latest rules in effect. Continued use of the 7reel platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
For amendments involving significant changes to user rights, 7reel will endeavour to provide notice via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.
